What areas do you serve?
We work where there is need. Currently we are licensed in Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Washington State, Georgia, Ohio, and Bonded in California. We request 2 months advance booking outside of those areas to ensure we comply with state and local laws.
We want to fundraise, but don’t want to get items for a live auction, can you still help?
Absolutely! We specialize in all sorts of events and fundraisers, and understand that a live auction isn’t right for every event. During our consultations we’ll provide professional guidance as we iron out what’s going to work best for your organization. Can we hire Astounding if we are only having a paddle raise or for emcee services?
Absolutely! We specialize in all sorts of events and fundraisers, and understand that a live auction just isn’t the way to go with every event. During our consultations we’ll provide professional guidance as you iron out what’s going to work best for you cause and organization. Do you charge a travel fee?
We do not charge travel fees within Texas, however, we ask for one night’s stay at the venue, or charge a hotel stipend, if the venue is not a hotel. Outside of Texas we do have a travel fee.
Do you provide bid cards, silent auction sheets, powerpoint presentations, etc.?
We are able to provide all of the materials necessary to make your event a rocking success, even beyond these items! Ask about our additional services and we will be happy to provide a quote.
We have a volunteer or [local] celebrity, why should we hire Astounding?
It’s true, celebrities are good at plenty of things. But you wouldn’t hire The Rock to be your surgeon, or ask Madonna to fly a charter plane. When it comes to specialized services, you need a specialist! In our experience, free services can be the most expensive. Costing you time, resources, and energy. While celebrities can be attention grabbers, speech givers and event emcees, we recommend that you leave the fundraising to the professionals.
